Enjoy a light breakfast of Ayurvedic foods.
Undergo a traditional Ayurvedic massage to relax your body and prepare it for Panchakarma.
Lunch will be a specially prepared Ayurvedic meal.
In the afternoon, experience the first Panchakarma therapy session, which may be Vamana (emesis), Virechana (purgation), or Basti (enema), depending on your individualized treatment plan.
Dinner will be a light meal of Ayurvedic foods.
Relax in your room or join a group meditation session before bed.
Day 2:
Wake up early and join a yoga session to stretch and energize your body.
Enjoy a light breakfast of Ayurvedic foods.
Undergo the second Panchakarma therapy session, which may be Nasya (nasal administration of herbal oils), Rakta Moksha (bloodletting), or Shirodhara (continuous stream of herbal oil on the forehead).
Lunch will be a specially prepared Ayurvedic meal.
In the afternoon, take part in a cooking class where you will learn how to prepare Ayurvedic meals at home.
Dinner will be a light meal of Ayurvedic foods.
Relax in your room or join a group meditation session before bed.
Day 3:
Wake up early and join a yoga session to stretch and energize your body.

Undergo the third Panchakarma therapy session, which may be Vasti (medicated enema), Nasya (nasal administration of herbal oils), or Shirodhara (continuous stream of herbal oil on the forehead).
Lunch will be a specially prepared Ayurvedic meal.
Meet with the Ayurvedic doctor for a follow-up consultation to discuss your progress and provide recommendations for continuing your Panchakarma treatment at home.
Check out of the hospital and return home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
